At Melrose Health, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact, and securely attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification and a full refund once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods.
